HODY 80 Composite steel floor decks

HODY 80 Trapezoidal sheeting are profiled steel sheets suitable for so-called ‘low’ composite steel decking with floor thicknesses from 130 mm. The geometry and high-quality steel allow large floor spans of up to 4450 mm, without temporary support during assembly and concreting.

The geometry and high-quality steel allow large floor spans of up to 4450 mm, without temporary support during assembly and concreting. HODY 80 trapezoidal sheets are available in steel thicknesses 1.00, 1.20 and 1.10 mm and – on request – in 1.50 mm. The different steel thicknesses make it possible to design an optimal floor The steel sheets have a maximum length of 12,000 mm. In steel thickness 1.00 mm, the HODY 80 is available from stock in lengths of 7,500 mm. HODY 80 Trapezoidal sheets have steel quality S450GD+Z275. For composite steel decks in corrosion class C3 and higher, the HODY sheets can be supplied with a Magnelis ZM310 corrosion protection.

Fire-resistance
HODY 80 composite steel deck is fire-resistant for at least 30 minutes. The fire resistance is increased by additional reinforcement in the cannelures of the steel sheet. Depending on the floor thickness, even a fire resistance of 120 minutes can be achieved.
