Personal data

Reppel b.v. Building Specialities collects and processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide services to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• Name and surname
• Sex
• Address details
• Telephone number
• Email address

Reppel b.v. Building Specialities processes your personal data for the following purposes

• To call or email you if this is necessary to be able to provide our services
• To inform you about changes to our products or services
• To deliver goods or services to you
• Reppel b.v. Building Specialities also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return

Retention period

Reppel b.v. Building Specialities does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. The law may prescribe a different retention period. If this is the case, Reppel b.v. Building Specialities will comply with the statutory retention period.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Reppel b.v. Building Specialities does not sell your data to third parties and will only pass on this data if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or in order to comply with a statutory obligation. We always conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Reppel b.v. Building Specialities shall remain ultimately responsible for the processing.

Accessing, modifying or deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Reppel b.v. Building Specialities and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation nominated by you. You may submit a request to us to inspect, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or request the withdrawal of your consent or your objection to the processing of your personal data via reppel@reppel.nl.

In order to ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we would ask you to submit a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case, within four weeks.

Reppel b.v. Building Specialities would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to submit a complaint to the national regulatory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
