HODY 60 Composite steel floor decks

HODY 60 Trapezoidal sheeting have a modified trapezoidal shaped profile of 60 mm in height. The steel sheets are suitable for so-called ‘low’ composite steel decking with floor thicknesses from 100 mm. The geometry allows for slim floor constructions with large spans. With a working width of 1,010 mm, the HODY 60 steel sheets can be easily handled and floor areas can be installed quickly.

HODY 60 Composite steel floor decks

We supply HODY 60 Trapezoidal sheeting in different steel thicknesses.

HODY 60 trapezoidal sheets are available in steel thicknesses 0.75 and 1.00 mm and – on request – in 0.88 mm. The steel sheets have a maximum length of 12,000 mm. In steel thickness 0.75 mm, the HODY 60 is available from stock in lengths of 5,000 mm, 7,400 mm and 11,000 mm. In steel thickness 1.00 mm, the HODY 60 is available from stock in 6,000 mm. HODY 60 Trapezoidal sheets have steel quality S320GD+Z275 and S320GD+ZM175 (Magnelis). For composite steel decks in corrosion class C3 and higher, the HODY sheets can be supplied with a Magnelis ZM310 corrosion protection.

Fire-resistance
HODY 60 composite steel deck is fire-resistant for at least 30 minutes. The fire resistance is increased by additional reinforcement in the cannelures of the steel sheet. Depending on the floor thickness, even a fire resistance of 120 minutes can be achieved.
